What this site collects

Only what you type into a form. The audit request form asks for your name, email and website, and optionally your business name, the services you are interested in, your preferred language, a budget range and a message. The contact form asks for your name, email and message.

How it is used

Form submissions are sent as an email to the studio and are used only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work you asked for. They are never sold or shared for marketing.

What your browser stores

The site keeps a few small items in your browser: your cookie choices, your theme, your conversation with our assistant and, only if you allow analytics, a note of where you first arrived from (key jcll-src), which is included when you send a form so the studio knows which channel brought you. Everything optional waits for your consent and can be changed at any time. The full list, with what each item does and how long it lasts, is in the Cookie Policy.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics or advertising trackers and loads no third-party scripts. Its only cookie stores your cookie choices. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third-party font service.

The chat assistant

Laura, the assistant in the chat window, is an AI. To answer, your messages and the conversation so far are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which generates the replies. Anthropic does not use them to train its models and deletes them after a limited period under its commercial terms. This site keeps no copy of the conversation on its servers: it stays in your browser (see the cookie policy).

If you ask for an audit in the chat, Laura shows your details on a card first. Only when you press Send request are they sent to the studio by email, together with the conversation, and handled like an audit form.

Third parties

Form emails are delivered through the hosting provider’s mail service, and chat messages are processed by Anthropic as described above. No other third party receives your information through this site.

Your choices

You can ask what information the studio holds about you, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time by emailing contact@jclllabs.com.
